Simon’s first role out of University taught him about the value of Engagement – by avoiding it altogether. It was the least engaging environment imaginable. Vowing never to experience that again, he’s since dedicated himself to helping organisations, teams and individuals connect and communicate. At Maverick he heads up all of the work the agency does in terms of people development, helping clients measure and drive engagement, designing innovative and effective programmes that create shift. Past successes include: MTV Networks, DHL, Credit Suisse, Channel 4, BskyB and Warner Bros.
