Ogilvy & Mather Pirate Recruitment by Srdjan Toljagic

Big agencies seem to be bored with the usual job application forms, so they find new fun ways of hiring. Wieden + Kennedy created the May I Please Have The Old Spice Social Strategist Job page, Coca-Cola did some crowdsourcing for inspiration (which was not so well received in the design community), and now Ogilvy & Mather Brussels revealed how they hired their new web designer. The company foresaw that software piracy is a common thing among designers, so they planted a fake Photoshop CS6 download link on various websites which contained something far more valuable than Photoshop – a job offering.

One thing that bothered me, and the YouTube users was that the file is 6.8mb and it says Adobe Photoshop CS6. Who with a clear mind would assume that’s the real deal?
