The high fashion brand Lanvin, together with its creative director Alber Elbaz, has collaborated with famous Paris-based luxury cakes and pastries brand Ladurée in order to design a new box of macaroons. The new package design, which features sketches of women and stylized with a red grosgrain ribbon, contains eight multi-coloured macaroons that are bubblegum flavored, described by Elbaz as “the bubble of childhood”.

“The Lanvin creations of Alber Elbaz not only make women beautiful, but also prove that sweets and beauty can go hand in hand,” says the fashion house. “They say that a delectable air of childhood surrounds those with a soft spot for sweets; this playful aura still follows Mr Elbaz, despite his role as a prominent couturier today.”

The freshly designed boxes will go on sale starting September 25 in France and September 28 in UK. To see more Lanvin-related articles, click here.
