Rock the Vote was founded in the U.S.A. over 20 years ago with the goal to engage young people to vote and build their political power through music, popular culture, new technologies and grassroots and, for now it has registered 5 million young people. Their newest partner in this is Kellog’s subbrand Pringles which will exercise the right to vote through a series of concerts across the country. Four live concerts will be held until Election Day featuring the likes of DJ Steve Aoki. The concerts will be held at the Republic National Convention, Democratic National Convention and two additional venues.

The Pringles brand is always looking for new and exciting ways to engage our audience,” said Sam Minardi, Pringles Brand Manager. “Through this partnership with Rock the Vote we can help mobilize today’s youth to get more involved in our nation’s future through music and fun.

Pringles has created limited edition Speaker Cans for this occasion which can be attached to any mp3 device and the acoustics will amplify the music. Attendees of the shows will receive free cans of Pringles and the new Pringles Speaker Cans.

“Rock the Vote is thrilled to work with Pringles to host these live music events, register fans to vote and ensure that young Americans across the country have a voice in our democracy,” said Heather Smith, President, Rock the Vote.

I’m a huge fan of Pringles and I support the thought of young people creating their own future and making their voices heard. A very nice concept that’s been lasting for 21 years now.
