Google Doodle Celebrates 2012 Olympic Games by Dorian Cioban

The biggest event of the year, 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, are officially starting today (21:00 BST) with a big opening ceremony called “The Isles of Wonder” which will take place at the Olympic Stadium in Straford. For this special occasion, Google has changed its Google Doodle to celebrate the spirit of the Olympics, reminding us to tune in and watch the show.

Lasting until August 12 and featuring more than 10,000 athletes around the world, this year’s games will set a new milestone for the United Kingdom, where a lot of brands already have prepared to promote their creativity in different forms related to sports.
