You’ve already seen the Coca-Cola Team USA “Eight Pack”, right? Well, the company released a follow up video that gives kind of a deeper meaning to the limited edition cans.

By purchasing the cans, people can support the athletes, and in return, they can participate in different quiz games and reward programs on a dedicated website, getting a chance to win valuable prizes. Have a look at the video released by Coca-Cola:

By deciding to support members of USA’s Olympic Team that are not so famous (even Paralympic athletes, the part of the team whose accomplishments often get neglected), Coca-Cola showed that its not always about signing and promoting the biggest stars. They could have picked some of the NBA superstars, Tyson Gay or Michael Phelps, but they didn’t, and that is why I must pay a tribute to Coca-Cola. Way to go!
