H&M never sleeps – after many fashion collaborations, the brand has made another, this time with a bit more avant-garde designer Maison Martin Margiela and his French fashion house. After many speculations about this next fashion team up, H&M has officially confirmed it yesterday. Following that annunciation, the brand has released two videos that show us the fashion sketching process.

“Maison Martin Margiela is one of the most important and influential fashion houses of the past three decades. I am so excited by this collaboration which will give fashion lovers around the world the chance to wear special pieces by Maison Martin Margiela. This collaboration will be a great and memorable fashion moment“, says Margareta van den Bosch, creative advisor at H&M.

“We are very happy to present Maison Martin Margiela pieces with H&M, offering a new interpretation of our vision. The democracy of our fashion has always been at the centre of our creativity, and the collaboration with H&M allows us to push this instinct further. We will bring together the contrasting universes of the two houses in ways that will surprise all.” said Maison.

Once more H&M makes the luxury brand affordable to all of us. So far, all H&M’s collaborations were a major fashion success, which makes me think that this one will not be an exception. The French brand has a hard task to catch up with  previously accomplished success of H&M’s collaborations with Versace, Marni, Karl Lagerfeld and few others. The new collection is expected to hit the market on November 15 in 230 stores worldwide and online.
