The well known cosmetic brand Nivea, has came up with an exciting collaboration with Nicola de Main. This young fashion designer has created a set of limited edition packs for NIVEA Soft. Nicola is known for her feminine design of graphic print that she was able to successfully apply. Besides her, credits also go to the one of the leading brand and packaging design agency Bulletproof.

Lauren Milne, senior designer at Bulletproof, says: “Working with a super talented, up-and-coming fashion designer was such a pleasure and a really exciting challenge. Nicola’s patterns together with her love of symmetry, nature, freedom and movement gave us lots of inspiration and ideas when designing the packs. The final solution was three vibrant and exciting limited edition packs, all completely unique from one another but part of a collection that reflected Nicola’s style perfectly whilst working harmoniously with the brand equities of NIVEA Soft.”

Previously, Nivea has launched a limited edition of Nivea Soft packaging created by the Spanish designer Josep Font. It was a second time that Nivea has teamed up with Josep who brought his “beauty attitude” to the packaging design.

Birds, flower and colorful design are obviously an inspiration for the spring and somehow still retain Nivea’s recognizable blue color tones. I’m not very thrilled with the illustrations, but I have to admit that they suit the overall cosmetic packaging. This limited edition should be available in May, across the UK, Scandinavia, Ireland and The Netherlands.
