Following the example of her colleagues, fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg and her brand DVF have done collaboration with a Diet Coke for a bottle limited-edition collection. Before her, this same project was done by Karl Lagerfeld, Roberto Cavalli, Missoni and few others. Every collection was a major hit, a true fashion pleasure.

Diane has splashed aluminum bottles with her recognizable prints in red and black. This stylish Diet Coke sets will be available at selected DVF boutiques throughout February or you can by it online ($30 for a set of four).  The 100% of proceeds go to the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health that’s supported by The Heart Truth program.

As the part of The Heart Truth program, Coke has teamed up with the actress Minka Kelly to walk the Red Dress runway in Diane von Furstenberg dress on February 8 – a humanitarian runway that’s striving for the heart disease awareness since 2003. In that spirit, Diet Coke has even changed its packaging design. I think that the big, red, painted heart in contrast with Coke’s silver can, really can help and make a difference.
