My first impression was wow! It’s amazing what can be done by using only different colored beads and sun lotions.

Nivea and Brazilian agency Click Isobar has given the opportunity to artist Simon Fernandez, to create an innovative billboard in order for Nivea‘s sun lotion to be promoted.

Of course, one of the main attention was to prove that summer without the sun does not make sense. Hence, what makes it different and special is the fact that the billboard reacts to sunlight revealing a picture of the beach to communicate the product. The billboard is made up of about 1 million white beads that react to sunlight and release the colors that make up the mosaic image. The billboard is placed in Rio de Janeiro, at Av Pres. Vargas.
