“Innovate The Heisman Pose” By Desmond Howard And Nissan

The popular automotive brand, Nissan, and 1991 winner of Heisman Trophy, Desmond Howard announced the Innovate The Heisman Pose contest where they are challenging college football fans to submit photos of themselves doing a Heisman pose in the funniest and most creative situation possible.

The grand prize winner will receive an all-expenses paid trip for Allstate BSC Championship game. Second prize is a trip for two to the Tostitios Fiesta Bowl, third one is the trip to Allstate Sugar Bowl and the last one trip to Discover Orange Bowl.

“When I crossed the goal line that day in 1991 and struck the Heisman pose, I had no idea fans would still be emulating it 20 years later,” said Desmond Howard. “To this day, people ask me to strike the pose for photos. After all these years, I’m happy Nissan is giving me the opportunity to turn the tables and see what innovative ideas fans will create.”

You can enter the contest on the Innovate The Heisman Pose tab on the Nissan’s Facebook page and the deadline for submitting the photo is December 14.

Photo contests are a nice way for engaging with consumers. I have checked some of the entries, and believe me, they are quite good Heisman posers.
