Arcus Wine brand has presented their redesign of Frithjof Nicolaysen wine collection. There are five different wines, two red and three white, packed in specially designed box. Their first product was launched in 2002 and become pretty much popular in Norway with good reviews from wine experts. This time idea of design was to make more family packaging look and different story and identity of each wine box.

I like the geometrical kind of design that is used on boxes. All illustrations are inspired by landscapes in modern, maybe even cubist style with different coloring. From that abstract design we could recognize a seascape, vineyard or green hills that are telling us about environment where grape is growing. Besides that there are different symbols, mountains, boat, trees and two others, that would help costumer to recognize its favorite wine.
