More Absolut news!
As part of the Absolut Fringe Festival, Absolut and The Small Print organized (next to ABSOLUT VIS10NS) Absolut Creative Edge.

The event kicked off September 10th throughout Dublin featuring artists Gaetan Billault, James Kirwan and Karl Watson doing their work:

Step 01: We install a large structure (think a 8ft tall Toblerone Bar on its side) into the front window area of Shebeen Chic.
Step 02: We assign 1 of the 3 sides to a different artist. Each side is divided into 3 panels that will be rotated every 40 mins.
Step 03: Each artist begins drawing in their bottom panel. After the first rotation they continue onto the middle panel on their side but continue the drawing from the bottom panel of the previous artist. So each artist must respond to what the previous artist has done and so on. Confused? Well remember the Exquisite Corpse game you played when you were a kid were you drew a head on a folded A4 page and then gave it to your friend who then drew the torso, etc? Well its like that except on a huge ABSOLUT Vodka themed structure.

The result?

A (hopefully) fun creative experience for the artists and viewers and a cool 3 sided canvas with each side composed of a collaborative work of art by 3 artists!
