Foot Locker - selling stores of athletic shoes and clothing - takes us on journey through time, in old school, showing us people from the pages of our school books.  We meet Isaac Newton and Wright brothers while wearing a sneakers, same as their lives and researches are related to this shoes. These two commercials are directed by Aaron Ruell for SapientNitro agency. The main idea behind it was that all the action takes place in modern time, in high school, where students reading their reports about this historical figures, who are chosen with a reason – they are present all the time in school books through kids education. The commercial was filmed in historic Pico House in Los Angeles and the Church of the Angels in Pasadena all well suited to time of action.  It’s funny seeing Isaac Newton and Wright brothers in costume of 17 and 19 century, wearing modern Nike sneakers.
